This will create a healthy competition which is very helpful to have a progressive business. This will also help to keep a clean and transparent business.

• "Check" your Tenders for any correction before you "Submit". You must protect your tender pdf file with password before you submit. Once you submit the tender you will not be able to modify/change.


• For Society / Industry: You need to specifically mention all the applicable Government liabilities that the vendor must satisfy. And society must verify all the government compliance are "in place" before settling the Final Bill. The society must clearly mention EMD fees as required.


• For vendors: You must "Pay" all the government dues and attach the photocopy of the receipt along with the final bill. All vendors must take care of all the "Safety Measures" while performing the work.


• For Society / Industry, there is “NO” registration fee. We only expect more and more TENDER ADVERTISEMENT from you. The tender advertisement is also “free of cost”.


• For vendors, the membership is free for first three months, from the date of registration. And henceforth it will cost only Rs. 299/- for one year. It is less than the cost of a cup of tea consumed everyday.


• For vendors, They must visit the site and inspect the requirements and conditions before submitting the tender.


• As you are aware that our website is purely an advertisement website. Therefore neither any Society / Industry nor any Vendor can claim for any dues for any misconduct done by either party. The Society / Industry and the Vendor must validate each other before procurring the order.


• No claims or dues will be entertained by "The Business Tenders" or their owners.
